Promotion And Pay Raise Because Of God’s Favour
In the past, I always felt that my company was short-changing me in terms of my remuneration. I was the lowest paid in my circle of friends in spite of my experience, technical knowledge and effort I had put in my work. I was despondent, angry and envious of my friends.
Since I joined New Creation Church at the beginning of 2010, I have been blessed tremendously by Pastor Prince’s messages on the gospel of grace. Here, I got to know Jesus and the grace of God more abundantly. I decided to keep looking to God and not men, trusting that He will provide and bless me in abundance.
Then during the next salary revision, I was shocked to find out that I was not only promoted, but I was also given a pay raise of 40 per cent! That is a four-figure jump in my salary! Praise the Lord for His love and grace! I know that I have not done anything to deserve such a pay increment so this was only possible by His grace and unmerited favour on me!
I wish to thank all the pastors at New Creation Church and my friend for bringing me to this church. Praise God for His goodness endures forever!
