English Teacher (Holland)

Responsibilities

  • Ensure a well-run, purposeful programme responsive to participants' needs based on the centre’s curriculum
  • Establish positive and productive relationships with parents
  • Establish and maintain a safe and healthy learning environment
  • Plan and conduct centre-based activities

Requirements

  • At least a diploma in Early Childhood Studies
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience  
  • Has a love for young children 
  • Intrinsically motivated with good interpersonal and creative problem-solving skills
  • Good team player

Communications Professionals

We are on the lookout for experienced professionals to create communications perspectives that connect people with the gospel of grace.

You may have a knack for compelling copy, or you may enjoy helping people get answers to their queries. You could have skills in public/media relations, corporate communications knowhow, social media expertise, or administrative and project management talents.

If you have experience in one or more of these areas and would like to serve full-time with us, we would love to hear from you!

Preferred skills and traits

  • At least three years or more of working experience in the field of communications as described above.
  • Degree/diploma in mass communications, public relations, advertising or a related area.

Procurement Executive

Responsibilities

  • Process purchase requisitions/orders within purchasing authority
  • Invite, assess, and recommend supplier tenders, bids, quotations and proposals
  • Establish and negotiate contract terms and conditions, and maintain supplier relationships
  • Prepare and maintain purchasing records, reports and price lists
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to determine procurement needs, quality and delivery requirements
  • Assist in the development of specifications for the purchase of equipment, materials, and services
  • Administer contract performance, including delivery, receipt, warranty, damages and insurance

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of procurement experience
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

  • Able to shift priorities quickly, while maintaining control and organisation
  • Possess good administrative, coordination and planning skills

Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Perform reception duties such as answering and forwarding calls, handling booking enquiries, receiving and greeting guests and visitors, arranging courier collection, receiving deliveries, and managing mail collection and distribution
  • Liaise with vendors and internal departments, and perform filing and clerical duties
  • Manage office pantry and procurement of general supplies, office stationery and equipment
  • Manage the general Info Email account, disseminate queries and emails to staff and maintain a record of the queries
  • Respond to sales support enquiries and prepare reports as and when necessary

Requirements

  • GCE “O” Level or equivalent

  • Possess a good attitude and pleasant personality

Requirements

  • Prior experience in receptionist duties would be advantageous

  • A good listener and communicator
  • Meticulous, possess good organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
