English Teacher (Holland)

Responsibilities

  • Ensure a well-run, purposeful programme responsive to participants' needs based on the centre’s curriculum
  • Establish positive and productive relationships with parents
  • Establish and maintain a safe and healthy learning environment
  • Plan and conduct centre-based activities

Requirements

  • At least a diploma in Early Childhood Studies
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience  
  • Has a love for young children 
  • Intrinsically motivated with good interpersonal and creative problem-solving skills
  • Good team player

Communications Professionals

We are on the lookout for experienced professionals to create communications perspectives that connect people with the gospel of grace.

You may have a knack for compelling copy, or you may enjoy helping people get answers to their queries. You could have skills in public/media relations, corporate communications knowhow, social media expertise, or administrative and project management talents.

If you have experience in one or more of these areas and would like to serve full-time with us, we would love to hear from you!

Preferred skills and traits

  • At least three years or more of working experience in the field of communications as described above.
  • Degree/diploma in mass communications, public relations, advertising or a related area.

Administrative & Finance Executive – The Zone (Youth) Department

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support in the area of procurement and finance
  • Liaise with vendors for sourcing needs while ensuring compliance with corporate procurement policy
  • Provide strategic triggering of budgetary event timelines and budgetary concerns
  • Review administrative, procurement and finance processes within the department regularly for continuous improvement
  • Handle ministry’s service/event registrations and venue bookings

Application Support & Help Desk Lead (Executive) – Information Technology Department

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical training, guidance and resource support for end users and staff
  • Provide application support and enhancements to existing applications. Propose system requirements, priorities and viable alternatives
  • Assist in developing user documentation that impacts the use of application systems
  • Assess continually the quality of support provided to both internal and external end users
  • Handle enquiries from Call Centre and monitor Call Centre operations
  • Provide end-to-end solutions to work closely with infrastructure team
  • Lead the help desk support function for database management system and ensure quality of support provided to end users
  • Perform Quality Assurance (QA) on bug fixes and enhancements in database management system by understanding stakeholders' requirements and coordinating with IT vendors in terms of system User Acceptance Testing
  • Provide help desk status reports and QA results to supervisor
  • Perform data crunching and analysis across all databases by understanding stakeholders’ requirements and deriving insights
  • Participate in improving projects for IT operations

Requirements

  • At least a diploma in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience as an application specialist
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills preferred
  • Proven track record in customer and vendor management
  • Technical knowledge of MS SQL required
  • Technical knowledge of ASP.Net, Crystal Reports and Tableau will be a bonus
  • Must be willing to work on occasional weekends or weekend nights

Executive (Logistics & Transport)

Responsibilities

  • Function as an immediate and direct support to the team in the area of ministry and department administration
  • Prepare various administrative processes for all Sunday logistical support to ensure that all church services/events can be carried out in a timely, effective and efficient manner
  • Prepare, execute and maintain IT administrative processes within the department
  • Equip team leaders with the necessary guidelines and operating procedures to ensure that church services/events can be carried out successfully
  • Plan and monitor the budget for the ministry
  • Maintain a comprehensive document control process where all documents are processed and kept in an orderly manner

Requirements

  • At least a Diploma and/or five years of relevant working experience
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook
  • Possess Class 3 and 4 driving license (manual transmission)
  • Ability to develop clear, up-to-date procedural documentation
  • Able to work on Sundays

Responsibilities

  • Involved in the recruitment and selection process

Requirements

  • Diploma in any relevant discipline, preferably with specialisation in HR
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in HR
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Experience in ProSoft HRMS will be advantageous
  • Meticulous with a high level of accuracy and numerically inclined
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Good with follow-up work and have a strong sense of responsibility and timelines
  • Independent and a good team player
