Responsibilities

  • Ensure a well-run, purposeful programme responsive to participants' needs based on the centre’s curriculum
  • Establish positive and productive relationships with parents
  • Establish and maintain a safe and healthy learning environment
  • Plan and conduct centre-based activities

Requirements

  • At least a diploma in Early Childhood Studies
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience  
  • Has a love for young children 
  • Intrinsically motivated with good interpersonal and creative problem-solving skills
  • Good team player

Senior Executive (Corporate Governance)

Responsibilities

  • Report to an assistant manager
  • Carry out duties of a Council secretariat such as:
  • Provide secretariat support including arranging for meetings, preparing agenda, attending meetings, preparing minutes of meetings and all ancillary work in connection therewith
  • Prepare resolutions
  • Liaise with stakeholders to get documents signed
  • Submit documents to authorities
    • Manage membership records
    • Perform the role of contact person in working with vendors and undertake all ancillary work in connection therewith like arranging meetings, preparing agenda, attending meetings and preparing minutes of meetings

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years working experience in chartered secretariat/administrative role (chartered secretarial certification will be advantageous)
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills, fluent in spoken and written English
  • Must be organised, independent, able to multi-task and work under tight timelines
  • Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Must be willing to work on Sundays if necessary
