Retail Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with suppliers for stock orders
  • Receive, pack and deliver stocks to the different counter locations in preparation for Sunday's operations
  • Handle retail operations including cashiering, replenishing stocks, maintaining merchandise displays and retail space
  • Handle administrative work and customer service (including customers' reservations, counter incidents and feedback)
  • Update data on Point Of Sales systems

Requirements

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • A strong team player with initiative and good interpersonal skills
  • Able to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays
  • Knowledge and experience in cashiering and Point Of Sales systems would be advantageous

Executive (Customer Service & Admin)

Responsibilities

Israel and Bible Land Tour Management

  • Follow up closely with churches, ministries and organisers in all aspects of the tour proposal (e.g. itinerary, travel dates and airline bookings)
  • Work with management to improve quality and competitiveness of all tours (in terms of airlines, rates and land tours)
  • Provide tour organiser with regular follow-up reports for tracking purposes
  • Assist in trip tour briefings/presentations

Individual Client Management

  • Ensure that all customer enquiries are answered promptly, professionally and thoroughly. This includes all tour-related enquiries on programme, airlines, rates, deviations, business upgrades etc.
  • Assist in FIT flight bookings where necessary

Customer Service Management (Individual and Organiser)

  • Work with management to maximise customer retention
  • Ensure that clients fully understand the tour products in terms of rates, terms and conditions
  • Ensure that every client is serviced to the best possible standard
  • Assist in damage control and client complaint management

Operational Assistance

  • Assist in the management of tour booklet and other tour collaterals
  • Manage and ensure that the clients’ database is always up to date
  • Assist in manning tour booths
  • Assist with group departures at the airport

Requirements

  • At least a diploma in any discipline
  • Minimum two years of working experience in sales or customer service
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Good interpersonal and coordination skills
  • Service-oriented
  • Must be proactive, mature, meticulous, analytical, organised and a dedicated team player
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to work independently and multi-task

Executive (Tour Management)

Responsibilities

  • Manage outbound tour operations

IT Support Engineer - Contract

Responsibilities

  • Support the IT infrastructures of the church and its entities.
  • Provide system and network administration support and maintenance
  • Perform end-user support for Windows- and Mac-based desktop hardware/software
  • Work closely with end-users and provide direct technical support via phone, email and onsite IT support and installation
  • Manage proactive monitoring using relevant tools for alerting and ticket generation.
  • Able to travel to different sites to provide support when needed
  • Take initiative to troubleshoot and find solutions where needed

Requirements

  • At least two years of relevant working experience

  • Able to troubleshoot Apple and PC desktop and server    
  • Experienced in handling Windows 7 and 8 platforms
  • Experienced and knowledgeable in basic networking will be an added advantage

Assistant Manager/Manager (Group Internal Audit) - Part-time

Responsibilities

  • Perform audit procedures to determine the strength of internal controls and ensure that procedures are being followed
  • Ensure that procedures and practices are being followed to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
  • Identify audit issues and concerns and make practical, value-added recommendations on internal controls and operational/business processes to Audit Committee and/or Church Council

Requirements

  • Good interpersonal, time management and communication skills
  • Must be able to commit to 3 working days per week (or the equivalent in terms of hours)
