Retail Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with suppliers for stock orders
  • Receive, pack and deliver stocks to the different counter locations in preparation for Sunday's operations
  • Handle retail operations including cashiering, replenishing stocks, maintaining merchandise displays and retail space
  • Handle administrative work and customer service (including customers' reservations, counter incidents and feedback)
  • Update data on Point Of Sales systems

Requirements

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • A strong team player with initiative and good interpersonal skills
  • Able to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays
  • Knowledge and experience in cashiering and Point Of Sales systems would be advantageous

Senior Executive/Executive (Sales & Business Development)

Responsibilities

Israel and Bible Land Tour Management

  • Work closely with churches, ministries and organisers in all aspects of the tour such as planning of itinerary, follow up with travel dates and airline bookings
  • Develop new opportunities and create more interest and awareness of tour locations
  • Conduct briefings and presentations

Customer Service and Sales Management

  • Manage enquiries on tour itinerary, flight status, rates, deviations and business upgrades in a prompt and professional manner
  • Manage, maintain and develop both existing and new accounts
  • Manage and develop relationships with customers at all levels
  • Constantly improve company’s competitiveness and ensure quality of service

Requirements

  • At least a diploma in any discipline
  • Prior experience in sales or business development (experience in travel industry will be advantageous)
  • Business-savvy with strong presentation, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Service-oriented with good administrative, organisation and processing skills
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  •  Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Network Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Assist IT manager in supporting all network-related matters in main church office and New Creation Church’s entities
  • Respond to needs and queries of users on accessing resources on the network
  • Manage network and systems by monitoring performances, managing faults/incidents and troubleshooting recurring issues
  • Provide technical recommendations relating to network technologies and administration
  • Implement technical projects
  • Install, configure and maintain network systems, switches and Wi-Fi devices
  • Maintain network documentations and asset control
  • Provide support for existing systems, develop and maintain technical operation procedures to achieve improved service availability, reliability, security and user productivity where needed
  • Provide support to PC and Mac users

Requirements

  • Experienced in system administration, network support, implementation, troubleshooting in Windows 2008 server and Active Directory
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in managing LAN and WAN (including MPLS) networks, using equipment such as routers, switches, load balancers and NAC
  • Experienced in handling security appliances (e.g. Firewalls and IPS) and managing Cisco equipment (CCNA certification is advantageous)
  • Experienced  in managing vendors/ helpdesk in implementing projects or maintaining systems
  • Experienced in managing Network Management tools (e.g. Solar Winds) and DNS setups (able to manage Aruba wireless environment is advantageous)
  • Able to manage network environment over multiple sites
  • Able to work independently in designing, setting up and troubleshooting networks with minimum supervision
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to adapt and take on other duties when assigned

Administrative Executive (Holland)

Responsibilities

  • Assist the principal in the centre’s administrative matters such as handling petty cash, GIRO transactions, payment collection and updating children’s database
  • Draft correspondences and communication to parents
  • Plan and execute the centre’s events and activities such as its annual concert, parent-teacher meetings, excursions and field trips etc
  • Handle daily health checks
  • Assist in ad hoc tasks within the centre

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of administrative experience
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Intrinsically motivated with good interpersonal and creative problem solving skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Must possess initiative, be mature, meticulous and dedicated
  • Good team worker who can work independently and multi-task
  • Must have a love for young children and enjoy their presence
  • Must be able to work on Saturdays

Executive (Royal Service Ministry)

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with respective departments, leaders and servers of Royal Service Ministry (RSM) to support and ensure smooth running of Sunday operations
  • Identify and reduce process gaps, recommend improvement areas and follow-up of open action items to enhance Sunday services experience for congregation members
  • Provide administrative support to RSM leaders as a cluster administrator who maintains ministry database and handle welfare management such as servers’ attendance, servers’ refreshments etc
  • Administrate expenses and claims related to the ministry and department
  • Plan and execute recruitment to support on-going servers’ requirement for Sunday operations, including conducting phone and face-to-face assessment of applicants and deploying new servers to respective teams
  • Develop and organise ministry training programmes as well as maintain a database to trace the training records and attendance of servers and leaders
  • Organise and coordinate ministry events such as mass recruitments, servers’ appreciation events and other ad hoc projects

Requirements

  • Service orientated with good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to multi-task and possess good planning, administrative and coordination skills
  • Excellent in the use of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio and Outlook
  • Strong team player and able to meet tight timelines
  • Must be willing to work every Sunday
