Child Protected From Harm!
On 10 November 2011, I went to pick up my three-year-old son from playschool. After that, we went to a food court in the same mall for lunch.
After I ordered my food, I sat my son down at a table near the food stall, and stayed with him till the food was ready to be collected. As I went to collect my meal, I turned my head a couple of times to keep sight of my boy, who was sitting and playing happily.
Suddenly, just as I was a few steps away, I heard my boy scream. It was a short, but fearful yell. When I turned around, he was gone! I rushed out of the food court to see if he had walked out alone, but he was nowhere to be found.
There and then, I knew in my heart that something was wrong! I asked some students seated nearby if they had seen anyone carrying him away, but they all said no.
Panicking, I dashed out of the food court and cried out to Jesus, claiming that "no weapons formed against my son shall proper in Jesus’ name”! Then, I borrowed a phone to call the police and continued praying in tongues. I also went to the customer service counter to request for a public address announcement.
Not long after, I tried to call my own hand phone (which my boy was holding on to) but the call did not get through. Thankfully, I called again and a staff from my boy’s school answered. She told me that a lady had “found” my little boy at the basement car park and brought him straight back to the playschool as she recognised my boy’s school uniform.
I was so relieved to find my boy waiting for me in school! As he shared with me what happened, it wasn’t long before I realised that the “bad auntie” who took him fit the description of the same lady who had “found” him at the car park! Apparently, the “bad auntie” was intending to escape with my boy in a car but sent him back to his school instead!
I know it is Jesus who had protected my son! He made the “bad auntie” send my boy all the way back to his school (a place he was familiar with), instead of escaping with him or abandoning him at the car park! Even my hand phone, that was in my boy’s hands, remained intact!
The whole ordeal lasted only 20 minutes. I am so touched by Jesus' love for me and I still cry each time I recall this incident. I am thankful to Jesus that I can hold my little boy again. He covered us with His mighty hand of protection because He loves me and my family so much! Hallelujah!

Protected From A “Flying” Car
I relocated to Canberra one month ago and was looking to attend a local church. In the meantime, I would get my feeding from Pastor Prince’s resources and listen to his sermons.
Recently, I discovered the excellent video streaming function on New Creation Church’s website and have been feeding on the sermon “God Has Crowned You With Glory And Honour” over and over again.
Through Pastor Prince’s teachings, I learnt that the crown of God's glory and honour is not a crown that simply sits on our head, but covers us like a protective shield! I started seeing myself as being protected from head to toe, and would proclaim His favour and protection whenever I left my apartment.
On 23 May 2011, while I was on my way to a store to run an errand, I started to declare that Jesus is my protection like I always do. I took my usual short cut to the store and walked down a slope of bushes which led me straight into the carpark of the store.
Just as my feet hit the bottom of the slope, I heard a loud crash! I turned around and saw that a car had swerved off course and had landed on the slope beside me! The driver was crying and I quickly ran towards her to pull her out of her car.
A workman hurried across the road and said that the car had flown past me and narrowly missed me! Apparently, it would have hit me had I slowed down my walking pace!
After the incident, I was still in shock. As I walked, I continued to thank Jesus for His protection and paid extra attention to my surroundings. Along the way, I discovered a Christian bookshop that sold Pastor Prince's CDs, books and other resources! The sales staff also invited me to their local church and I am going to check it out! Praise the Lord for the divine connection!

God’s Protection From Two Disasters
I am Japanese and my husband is Singaporean. We have been living in Japan for more than three years with our two young children. My husband and I were invited to New Creation Church for the first time in 2008 when we came to visit our family in Singapore.
After that, we decided to attend New Creation Church whenever we visited Singapore to hear the gospel of grace. We had been very blessed by the messages and the brothers and sisters in church.
We are currently in Singapore for a visit. When my husband and I planned for this visit, we had also planned to fly to Christchurch, New Zealand, to visit my sister-in-law and her family in February 2011. However, my sister-in-law and her family decided to go on a holiday so we did not visit them. Then, in late February 2011, Christchurch was hit by a huge earthquake. Thank God that Jesus had protected my family, including my sister-in-law and her family, for they were away when the earthquake hit.
Before we left Japan for this visit, we had to go through a long administrative process for the renewal of our rented property. What seemed like a very simple process at first, took much longer than expected and we were really frustrated. Little did we know that God was in control of the timing. If we had left for Singapore earlier, we would have returned to Japan earlier and thus, experience the earthquake.
Also, when we were about to book our air tickets to Singapore, one of our New Creation Church friends recommended us to buy one-year open tickets. With our one-year open tickets, we can now choose to return to Japan later to avoid the present circumstances such as power shutdowns and shortage of food supply, without any penalty. God has divinely protected us!
At one of the Sunday services in March 2011, Pastor Lawrence preached about being at the right place, at the right time. He said that we cannot place ourselves at the right place, at the right time by our own human efforts, but only God can. Amen!
Thank you, Pastor Prince, for preaching the gospel of grace.

God Protected Her From A Gunman On Campus
I am currently studying in America at the University of Texas, Austin. God has truly been good to me and I want share about God's amazing protection over me.
I do not usually check my email before going to school, but on 29 September 2010, my breakfast was taking a long time to cook and I felt prompted to check my email. That was when I found out that there was a gunman on campus! The whole campus was in lockdown. In fact, several of my friends who had gone to school without checking their emails were stuck in the building for several hours before being released. Although no one was hurt, I thank God that I was spared not only the actual danger of being shot, but also the hours of fear and agony of being trapped in the building.
Pastor Prince, you are right. The Lord protects His own sheep. Even though I am in another country, my heavenly Father still blesses and protects me. We are truly blessed wherever we go!

Kept Safe In A Multi-Car Collision
In early 2010, my best friend and I decided to visit our friend who is staying in Malaysia. Before our trip, my best friend had always wanted to pass me a bottle of anointing oil which her aunt bought for me from Israel. However, she always forgot to bring it along whenever we meet.
On the day of our trip, she finally remembered and passed me the bottle of anointing oil at the boarding gate. I immediately opened the bottle and told her we should apply the oil and pray for a safe flight and trip.
That night, our friend in Malaysia took us out for dinner, and we stayed out till the wee hours of the morning. On our way back, our car was involved in a multi-car collision. The impact was so great that the airbag was activated. The windscreen was shattered into pieces, the front bumper was crushed and fell off, and there was smoke coming out from our car.
Yet miraculously, we were able to open the car doors and walk out totally unhurt, without even a scratch! All of us, including our Malaysian friend who is not a believer, believed that it must have been God’s protection over us! We believe it was the anointing oil that protected us from harm! God really works in wonderful ways.
God had even arranged our seats in the car to protect us. Initially, our Malaysian friend wanted to sit in the front passenger seat, and she has a habit of not wearing her seat belt. Somehow, she changed her mind and decided to take the backseat instead. Had she taken the front passenger seat without wearing the seat belt, she would most likely have smashed into the windscreen!
Today, my best friend, who was not attending church since we left school more than 15 years ago, is attending New Creation Church with me. We have also recently started serving in church. I was also water baptised recently after having received Christ 20 years ago. We feel so blessed to be alive. God is indeed a God who saves! Thank you Jesus! I am alive today because of You!

Protected From Two Near Car Accidents
I am a freelance satellite engineer and I was involved in some of the broadcasts for the World Cup matches in South Africa. One of my broadcasts was in Cape Town which is almost a 16-hour drive from Johannesburg.
On the way back from Cape Town, after driving for four hours, my driver said he was tired so I took over the wheel while he slept. It was about 10pm at that time. I was driving the van between 150 to 180km/hr and midway, I dozed off. Suddenly, a yellow truck appeared in my dream and in that instance, I woke up and jammed on the brakes so hard that the van skidded. Thank God, for there, about 5 metres in front of us, was a truck! My driver woke up and asked me what happened but I just said nothing, in case he got frightened.
Then we changed shift and he took over the wheel while I slept. Suddenly, two trucks appeared in front of us, on our lane! My driver quickly swerved to the left to avoid the trucks. Imagine if he did not rest! He would not have been able to react so quickly to avoid an accident. God is good! I want to thank Jesus for preserving my life!

God Kept The Floodwaters At Bay
I received news that from 11 to 13 January 2011, Brisbane was going to experience a major flood. This included the area where I am living in. According to the Brisbane City Council's map of where the flood would hit, my apartment was right in the middle of a flood zone, due to the low-lying vicinity and proximity to the Brisbane River.
My wife and I used Psalm 91 to proclaim God’s protection over us and we partook of the Holy Communion. We reminded ourselves that we have divine protection because we are crowned with God’s glory and honour.
I stayed at a friend’s place for a few days as the power supply company had turned off our home’s electric supply for at least three days. I was concerned about my home as it has four levels of basement. If they flooded, the infrastructure would be damaged and the place would give off a bad stench. I would also need to clean the silt and mud deposited by the flood.
The flood came and by 12 January 2011, areas that no one thought would be affected were totally flooded with water. However, at my place, the floodwaters came to the first street, then the next, and when it hit my street, the water bypassed my apartment and flooded the neighbouring houses. Three days later, I could still see my neighbours pumping water out of their basements. As for me, the lowest level of my basement was only flooded to ankle-deep. I was able to pump all the water out within a day. Had it not been for God’s protection, all four levels of my basement would have been flooded like my neighbouring apartments. Praise God for His protection over me and my home!

Protected From A Boat Accident At Mersing, Johor
Every year, my family and I would visit my aunt’s place to celebrate Christmas with her. This year, she cancelled the party because she was feeling tired and wanted to rest before visiting her sons and grandchildren in Dubai. My husband and I were supposed to go on a fishing trip in Johor during the New Year weekend. Since the party at my aunt’s place was cancelled, we decided to bring forward our fishing trip to the Christmas weekend. My husband was even happier with this change in plan because he is a fishing fanatic and could not wait to go fishing.
However, my aunt called again the following morning and told us that she would like to have the Christmas party again. Not wanting to disappoint her, we agreed to postpone our fishing trip.
We all had a great time feasting at the party. On Monday, 27 December 2010, we were shocked to read in The Straits Times that three Singaporeans had died and two were still missing after a boat, carrying 29 passengers, sank off Mersing, Johor at about 1.30pm the day before.
If we had gone for our fishing trip that weekend, we would have definitely taken that same boat back because we had planned to leave right after lunch. I shudder to think that we could have been among the passengers trapped inside the cabin of the capsized boat. Even if we had survived an ordeal like this, we would have been psychologically scarred by this incident. My daughter had just received a posting to be a coast guard and she could have been traumatised by this. And I, as her mother, would probably be so worried when she is out at sea.
To date, I still do not know why my aunt changed her mind about having the Christmas party but I am certain about one thing — God had protected us. He is a good God who is so faithful to us. To Him be all the glory and praise!

No Dents On His Taxi
I am a taxi driver. On 7 October 2010, I was on the slip road turning from Newton Circus to Thomson Road. As I was waiting to make the turn, the rear of my taxi was hit by another taxi. There was a loud bang and my taxi jerked forward.
I came out of my car to check and found out that my taxi’s rear was all right except for some minor scratches. The other party’s car was also not seriously damaged. I had expected serious damage which could cost me downtime and money. I really thank Jesus for His goodness and mercy. I told the driver to be careful because he looked very sleepy. This is the second time since I started driving my taxi in June last year when I was hit at the rear without a dent in my car. Praise the Lord for His finished work!

Saved From A Serious Car Accident
On Monday, 18 October 2010 at 7.25am, I was driving my 6-year-old son to school in Woodlands. As I exited from the Seletar Expressway into Woodlands Avenue 2, I approached a traffic light junction with heavy traffic. At that time, my son and I were listening to Pastor Prince’s sermon CD in the car and I was amazed by how God had saved Noah and his family from the flood. Suddenly, I heard a loud bang and felt something hit the back of my car. The next thing I knew, my car was flung into the air. It overturned, landed on its roof, and spun a distance to a halt.
As the car was spinning, I knew we had met with a serious accident. I knew in my heart that if we crashed into anything we could be dead or badly injured. I started screaming, “Jesus!” at least five times until the car finally came to a halt. As I was screaming, my hands were holding onto the steering wheel tightly. I could not even hold my boy. I could only turn my head to look at him. He was sitting beside me that morning. His body was miraculously held to the contour of the seat. Even though we were spinning upside down and he only had a seat belt strapped across his body, his head and legs were not dangling from his seat. His neck could have been broken from the impact of the crash but he was okay. While seat belts are important, I knew that it was Jesus who hugged us tightly and saved our lives!

My first instinct was to get out as I feared a petrol leak which could result in an explosion. So, I unbuckled the both of us and opened my door. My son and I crawled out of the wreck without a scratch or whiplash. We stood by the side of the road and a lot of passers-by came to our aid. The small car that knocked into our car was speeding so fast that after sending us flying, it screeched ahead and knocked into another black car and an orange bus. The entire accident caused a massive traffic jam that morning.
After we got out of the car wreck, the picture of Jesus bleeding on the cross kept flashing in my mind. I knew that my son and I need not bleed on the road that morning because Jesus shed His blood for us. Though unharmed, we were urged to follow the ambulance to get a check-up. The driver of the black car that was hit was in a worse state than us, even though our car was more badly damaged than his.

After gaining composure, I went back to my wrecked car to get my bag and my son’s school bag with the help of some passers-by. Pastor Prince’s message was still playing loudly although the car was in such a bad state. Someone wanted to take my car key out but I told him there was no need to. The car was already a wreck and I saw no point in keeping the key. I wanted God’s Word to be played so that everyone who was present would know that Jesus is the one who saved our lives. In my previous church, we were given materials and tasked to go out to be a witness for Jesus, but I always found it very difficult. But that morning, it was effortless and restful to be a witness of the glory of God. I told everyone who came to our aid that Jesus had saved us.
When my husband came to meet us at the hospital, he shared with us that he was also driving to work around the time of the car accident, and how he felt prompted by the Holy Spirit to switch off his radio and pray in tongues. He also spoke out positive words of favour, something that we had learnt in church the day before. I believed the Lord must have prompted him to pray for us during the time of the car accident.
Later in the day, a lady who had stopped to help us at the accident scene called to thank me. I thought I should be the one thanking her instead! She told me that she and her husband had been struggling spiritually in recent months. But they were very blessed by what she saw and heard (Pastor Prince’s message playing from the car) today.
On Friday, 22 October 2010, my husband and I went to collect the wrecked car for assessment. The car was in such a sorry state. Even my son’s new water bottle had some scratches on it yet we came out unscathed. As we were checking the car, I realised that all the doors were jammed and could not be opened. The only door that could be opened was the one we had used to get out. All glory to Jesus!
My family and I are recovering well from the shock and trauma of the accident. I have even started driving again. After what happened, what more is there to fear? Jesus turned a possibly tragic accident into a victorious accident. No amount of safe driving could have saved our lives, only Jesus and nothing else!
I would like to convey my deepest thanks and appreciation to Pastor Prince and his ministry. I am truly grateful that Pastor Prince preaches grace so radically so that today, we can also experience Jesus so radically.

Saved From A Fallen Ceiling Light
On 14 August 2010 at around 9.30pm, I was watching the live telecast of the opening ceremony of the Youth Olympic Games in my living room.
During the commercial break, I stepped away to go to the bedroom. Within two minutes, I heard a very loud bang. My family rushed into the living room and saw that the ceiling light had crashed onto the floor. The ceiling light was about 30cm in diameter and I was just sitting under it a few minutes before! The ceiling light was installed about 30 years ago.
I thank Daddy God for His protection! I know Jesus is watching over me. All glory to God!

Protection From A Car Accident
I had to make a trip to Penang with a group of friends for a site analysis. The trip was only decided the day before, so my friends decided to drive to Penang. However, I had a feeling that something was amiss. Thinking that it might be my own fears, I went to sleep, hoping that the feeling would go away the next day.
The next morning, I was still feeling uneasy. I tried to shake the feeling away by reading the Bible but it was of no use. I felt prompted not to take the car ride to Penang. So, I suggested to my friends to take a coach instead but they refused. I decided to go with them, believing in God’s protection over me. I read Psalm 91 many times and trusted that the God I know would protect me.
After the site analysis in Penang, we drove out for lunch. I fell asleep in the car while my friends continued chatting. I remembered my friends tried to wake me up but I could not stay awake. This was unusual as I will usually be awake as long as there is somebody talking to me.
Then, before I know it, I heard a bang and by the time I opened my eyes, our car was moving to the side of the road. That was when I know that we had met with an accident. My friends were all traumatised by the accident yet I was unfazed as I was sleeping the whole time. All I felt was a soft knock which woke me up. Not only that, I was the least affected from the impact of the collision as I was sitting furthest away from the part where the car was hit. I was sitting on the right side of the back seat while the crash was on the left front seat.
At that moment, I felt that God is so real. The discerning Spirit was so strong before I went on the trip, yet even though I did not heed the voice of the Spirit, God is faithful to protect me. He put me to sleep so that I did not have to witness the accident and go through all the scary moments. Praise God!
God even protected the car from severe damage and everyone was unharmed, including the driver from the other car. This incident revealed to me how much Daddy God loves us. All we have to do is to trust in Him and His promises. All glory to God!

Mother Unharmed In Car Accident
On 20 February 2010, I was awoken by a disturbing dream early in the morning. I felt prompted to say a prayer of protection for my family, and so I declared the blood of Jesus over my family members before I went back to sleep.
At about 10am, I woke up again and I still felt the prompting to pray for my family. So I said a quick prayer to thank God for His protection and blessing over everyone in my family.
Half an hour later, my mother called home and said that she had been in a road accident earlier. A truck had rammed into the taxi she was in. The back portion of the taxi was crushed and its back window was shattered. Although she had been sitting in the back seat of the taxi, she walked away unharmed!
Praise Jesus! We have no doubt that it was the Lord’s divine protection and His perfect timing that have kept my mother safe and protected. Hallelujah!

Divine Protection In Spite Of Faulty Tyre
My mother and I visited my sister in Germany last August and we had a good time of fellowship and bonding. We even partook of the Holy Communion every afternoon!
During the third week of our stay, we decided to drive to Amsterdam to buy some groceries as they have a lot of Asian food stores there. My two nephews happily volunteered to drive us.
Before leaving, I prayed for God to be with us, and laid hands on the car. We started off early in the morning and arrived at Amsterdam just in time to enjoy an early lunch. We bought groceries and later went to have some dim sum before heading back home. My sister Mayling bought multiple servings of dim sum as well as three boxes of beef kuay teow to bring home! As such, we left in a small car that was loaded with five adults and plenty of food!
After two hours of driving, the car suddenly started to rattle and shake violently. The boys joked that we were getting a massage on the ride home. The rear wiper was tapping very hard and I thought that something must be wrong with the car’s suspension system or the tyres. We made a stop at a rest area and checked the tyres but they looked okay. We even gave the tyres a few hard kicks!
We figured that since the car was old, it was probably due to a technical glitch. We prayed and asked God to protect us as we continued our journey home. My mother then told us in Hokkien that we should pray in tongues and we did so.
Upon reaching the German border, we took a break at a rest area. This time, the boys decided to remove all the tyres and they found the left rear tyre deformed and bloated. The spare tyre was installed but this spare tyre was worn out and not fully inflated. We drove on and continued praying in tongues. We came across a petrol station but they didn’t have an air pressure gauge! Another petrol station we passed by was closed as it was already late.
The ride home took much longer than expected as we could only drive at 85-90km/hr instead of 160 km/hr. We caught the second last ferry and arrived home past 11.30pm. We realised later that the dim sum and beef kway teow takeaways we bought in Amsterdam were “prepared” by God in advance for us to feast on because we were getting hungry! We were thankful that we had arrived safely without incident. The faulty tyre could have caused the car to overturn if driven at high speed. God graciously protected us all the way home from Amsterdam, and we praise and thank Him for blessing us mightily. God’s favour was definitely upon us and we want to acknowledge that!

Driver And His Car Supernaturally Protected In Accident
On the evening of 15 September 2009, I was driving home after work. I was making a left turn when a luxury sedan car hit my car so hard that it careened off the road and hit the divider.
Stunned and amazingly unhurt, I drove to a bus bay further up. For some unexplained reason, I was certain that somehow everything was going to be all right. After I had pulled over, followed by the other driver, we got out of our cars to inspect the damage.
With a puzzled look, he asked, “I hit your car, right?” I nodded and then we examined each another’s car. A while later, he asked again, “I hit your car, right?” When I replied “yes”, this time he asked, “But where is the damage?”
I pointed to my driver’s side door as I was very certain that was where his car hit mine. Astonishingly, both of us could not locate any scratch, dent or damage on both our cars! As his car was rather dusty, a layer of dirt appeared on my driver’s side door. After wiping off the dirt with a piece of tissue, there was not even a single scratch mark beneath!
I do not know much about the types of cars which have hardier parts nor wish to explain things in the natural. All I know is that the impact of the crash was serious enough for severe damages, even though I escaped unscathed.
What can I say in the face of grace? I can only humbly bow down and worship our Lord. Thank you, Pastor Prince, for revealing the heart of our Father in your messages.

Baby Boy Protected As Glass Door Shattered
On the morning of 28 July 2009, my one-year old son, Gabriel, was sitting on the kitchen floor next to the glass door separating the kitchen and pantry area of our home. At that time, the door was closed and I was sitting on a bar stool less than 2 metres from where he was, reading my newspapers.
What happened next was something that I would never have been able to avert, no matter how quick my action was. Apparently, Gabriel slid open the door. I looked up only when I heard the glass door hitting the wall. In that split second, I froze as I watched the 2-metre high tempered glass door bounce and shatter into countless pieces.
When I picked Gabriel up, I saw blood trickling down the front of his head. I was fearful as his head was covered with lots of fine glass fragments. But my wife and I knew that he was all right when he stopped crying after two minutes or so. He was asking for food, while we were brushing the fragments off his head, hands and feet.
We brought Gabriel to the paediatrician and he told us that Gabriel was very lucky because he didn’t require any stitches. When we came back from the clinic and looked at the broken glass pieces on the floor, we were amazed and grateful to our Daddy God that His angels made sure most of the fragments, especially the big ones, fell in the pantry, instead of the kitchen where Gabriel was sitting. Even our part-time helper, who helped us to clear the mess, called Gabriel a miracle baby. We know that it was Jesus’ blood that protected Gabriel. All praise be to God!

Protected From Typhoon Morakot
My wife and I were holidaying in Taiwan from 31 July to 8 August 2009. We decided to visit southern Taiwan since we had been to northern Taiwan before. We had been touring for only a few days when we received news that Typhoon Morakot was approaching.
The weather started to change, and there was fog and rain. We didn’t know what to expect as we had never experienced a typhoon before. But we prayed that the typhoon would not hit the areas we would be touring.
On 7 August 2009, Typhoon Morakot hit Taiwan. By then, we had returned to Taipei. The winds were strong and the rain hit us from every direction, such that umbrellas were of little use.
What got us a little worried was that the airport was closed. We were so relieved to catch a flight back to Singapore on the evening of 8 August 2009. Flights in the morning had been delayed, but were resumed that afternoon.
Later on, we found out from the news that the places we had visited days before had been flooded and either damaged or buried. Thank God for His protection!

God’s Protection During An Overseas Trip
I was in China from 27 February to 4 July 2009 for an overseas immersion programme organised by my school. Our itinerary included a two-day trip to Yichang, Hubei, to visit the famous San Xia (Three Gorges) along the Yangtze River.
We were scheduled to go river rafting on the first day. I was travelling in a bus with 40 other Singaporeans to the rafting location. While travelling along the mountain highway, the left side of our bus crashed into some rocks, and the windows near my seat were totally shattered. There were glass shards everywhere.
I thank God that I was safe and that no one on the bus sustained any serious injuries except for some minor cuts and bruises. If the accident had happened further up the highway, the bus would most probably have plummeted down the mountain.
I am indeed thankful for God’s grace and His protection over us. A few other Christians were also aboard the bus and we believe that God had protected the entire bus because of us. I remember applying anointing oil on myself before I set off in the morning. God is good!
