The building project was officially announced to our congregation on Sunday, 9 September 2007. The initial presentation of the project financials was made on the following Sunday, 16 September 2007. On Sunday, 21 September 2008, our congregation was further informed that the budget for building the Integrated Hub has been revised and updated to $500 million.
