Back in boarding school, I encountered God as a loving Father and the lover of my soul. But as time went on, life happened. I fell into the “law cycle”—trying hard to please God and earn His love and blessings. Over time, I fell into sin cycles and depression.
About 10 years ago, a friend introduced me to clips from Pastor Prince. At first, I resisted his messages, but I couldn’t deny what I saw. The message of grace resonated with the God I had encountered years earlier. When I finally embraced it, it felt like coming home.
That’s how I began following Pastor Prince’s teachings. I watched every clip I could find, and eventually subscribed to the Joseph Prince app. I would always ask the Holy Spirit to guide me to the right messages. And recently, every message I was led to centred on “Right Time, Right Place.” I also began praying for God to place me at the right place at the right time, to meet the right people—especially in my career.
One day, I heard a sermon where Pastor Prince shared a testimony about a man who had been protected from a bomb blast because he happened to be standing behind a pillar. That man had also been meditating on the right time, right place message.
The next morning, everything went wrong—there was rain, delays, my maid suddenly needed to leave, and I missed my staff bus. I was so upset that all of this was happening.
So, I set out late for work. On my way, I saw people from my staff bus standing by the side of the road—just about 15 minutes away from the bus stop where I’m usually picked up. I got out of the commercial vehicle I was in to find out what had happened. They had been in a terrible and fatal accident. I immediately stepped in to support my injured colleagues and those who had lost someone.
Looking back, I’m so grateful to God for everything that delayed me that morning. He truly kept me from harm. And I’m even more grateful for the right time, right place message—because God not only protected me, He positioned me to arrive at the scene just in time to be of real help.
I’m deeply grateful to God. And I say—God bless you, Pastor Prince. God bless you, Joseph Prince Ministries. Thank you all!
