1. Is booking or ticketing required to attend the services or children's classes?
No booking or tickets are required. Simply walk in!

2. Can I reserve seats for my friends?
Seats are available on a first come, first served basis. We ask for your understanding in not reserving seats for your friends in the auditorium so we can accommodate as many people as possible.

3. I am bringing my child to Rock Kidz for the first time. What should I look out for?
If you are visiting us for the first time and bringing your children to Rock Kidz, you can create a Rock Kidz visitor account for them before your visit. We can also help you at the Rock Kidz Info Counter if you require assistance. Click here for more information.

4. What time does the Rock Kidz counter open?
For Resurrection Sunday, our registration counters will open earlier at these times: 7.45am, 10.45am, 1.45pm*
*At The Star Performing Arts Centre only.

5. Can my child join me for service? 
While we are unable to accommodate children in the main theatres or ballrooms due to high sound levels, we have set aside adjoining child-friendly spaces for families at the MBS Ballrooms and our cinema venues. These spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

That said, we warmly encourage you to register your child for our children’s classes, where they can enjoy age-appropriate, Christ-centred activities specially designed for them. We have more Rock Kidz classes over at MBS Ballrooms, so join us there!  Parents, you can get real-time updates on our class spaces via Availability@NCC.

For parents attending the 8.30am or 11.30am service at The Star PAC, you may collect a priority pass for priority entry to the auditorium upon checking in your kids at Rock Kidz. Passes will be issued on a first-come, first-served basis and do not guarantee a seat. All pass-holders must be present during admission.

6. How can I get updates on the seat status?

You can use our venue dashboard, Availability@NCC, to get real-time updates on seats, children's class spaces, and car park availability.

7. Where can I go to if it's my first time visiting?
Upon arrival, look out for our friendly ambassadors in green shirts. We'd love to show you around in church and help you get connected!
