Healed From A Severe Stroke

My brother-in-law had a severe stroke and was sent to the hospital’s emergency department. He was weak and his right arm was stiff and subject to involuntary movements. He also suffered a speech impairment.

When my care group members rallied around us and prayed for him, he became better. Later that evening, he seemed weak again with the same symptoms and his doctor called for another scan.

At that time, I boldly proclaimed that there would be no death in my family. I flipped open Pastor Prince’s book, Eat Your Way To Life And Health, and landed on the page with a testimony of a stroke patient’s miraculous healing. I knew then, that God was there with us, caring for us.

That night, my brother-in-law slept through the night and was transferred to the normal ward the next morning. I visited him the following day, only to find him perfectly well, sitting down, with no apparent symptom of stroke. The doctor also told me that he was confident that my brother-in-law’s strength would return to him.

Through this episode, the goodness of God was experienced. My sister told me that she believed Jesus healed my brother-in-law when my care group members came together to pray for him. She has also started to listening to songs of worship and is receptive to Pastor Prince’s teachings

God’s got us in His mighty hands!
