Growth In Womb Supernaturally Disappeared

A few months ago, I was diagnosed with a growth in my womb. My doctor said she would have to remove the growth and conduct a biopsy to ensure it wasn't something serious like cancer. My operation was scheduled for two months later.

Hearing the doctor’s words brought feelings of fear, anxiety, and worry. I knew I couldn’t walk through this season of my life alone. I eventually confided in my family, care group leader, and close friends from church about my condition. They became my prayer warriors and regularly checked in with me to see how I was feeling about the upcoming surgery.

Having heard previous testimonies from other believers who confessed their righteousness by faith, I also began to declare, "As Jesus is, so am I in this world, without this growth, and my portion is to live strong in His divine health."

I remember struggling with negative thoughts at 3am on the Sunday of the week of my surgery. The Holy Spirit brought John 14:27 to my mind: "Peace I leave with you, My peace I give you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid."

Amazingly, Pastor Prince preached on that very verse on the same day, and I knew then that the Lord was reminding me of how He was with me in the darkness and how much He loves me. From that moment right up to being wheeled into the operating theatre later that week, I remember being kept in His shalom peace and trusting that everything would turn out fine.

Sure enough, I woke from the general anaesthetic to my gynaecologist tapping me and saying, "We didn’t find anything. No growth."

Truly, this was a miracle from heaven, and there was no need for any biopsy or incision. I thank my heavenly surgeon for removing the growth so supernaturally. Because of Jesus’ work on the cross, I searched for my enemies and found them no more. Amen.

I also give thanks for the community the Lord has lovingly placed around me, people who prayed for me when I lacked the faith to believe for my healing. I pray that my testimony encourages those who are also waiting on the Lord for their healing—that He can do exceedingly, abundantly above all that we ask or think. All glory and praise to our Lord Jesus!

Some time ago, my two-and-a-half-year-old daughter came down with a high fever and was hospitalised for what the doctors believed were flu viruses. However, after two nights, she became unresponsive and started gasping for air. She was later discovered to have a severe streptococcal infection. Her heart, lungs and kidneys were shutting down, and she was placed on life support.

At one point, the doctors could only tell me, “Your daughter is very ill,” while showing me X-rays of her lungs, which appeared completely white. They even arranged for a social worker to prepare us for the worst.

The doctors explained that if she did not improve, she would need to undergo a procedure to be placed on an extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) machine—a heart and lung bypass. They warned us of the risks involved, including possible brain bleeding, but said it was the only way to buy her more time.

I was devastated. When her condition worsened and I had to sign the consent form for the ECMO procedure, I remembered two of my Christian friends and asked them to pray with me. During the operation, my friends and I sat in the waiting room praying and worshipping God.

After the procedure, my daughter remained in the ICU. During that time, the church’s healing team visited regularly to pray and partake of the holy Communion with her. At a healing service, Pastor Henry also prayed for my daughter and declared that she was on her way to recovery. Pastor Mei from the Rock Kidz Ministry encouraged me to declare the finished work of Jesus over her as well. I spoke scriptures over my daughter and sang worship songs to her, and each time I did, she would respond by moving.

Days later, my daughter was successfully taken off the ECMO machine. Her kidneys began to recover, and dialysis was no longer needed. However, a later scan revealed bleeding on the brain, and we rallied the prayer warriors again. At the next scan, the bleeding was gone!

My daughter eventually underwent lung surgery to remove the remaining infection. After that, her fever broke, and she was transferred out of the ICU. One doctor told me, “She is a miracle. Whatever prayers you and your friends were praying, I think it worked.”

My daughter was discharged about six weeks after she was admitted. Through it all, the Lord was with us. He healed my daughter completely. All glory to God!

Last year, my husband and I were expecting our firstborn. On the day my water bag broke, we had just seen our obstetrician that morning and all was well, so we packed our bags and called a taxi.

As we got into the taxi, I experienced a massive gush of fluid and began bleeding bright red blood. We arrived at the hospital around 2am and, to our horror, the nurse attending to us could not detect any heartbeat.

An obstetrician who happened to be in the hospital came to assess me and immediately performed an emergency C-section. When I woke up from the surgery, I learned that I had suffered a placental abruption. My son had lost a significant amount of blood and had been deprived of oxygen for a period of time.

When he was delivered, he showed no signs of life. But the paediatrician resuscitated him and, by God’s grace, my son came back to life. All the doctors and nurses later told us we were very “lucky”. If we had arrived even a minute later, he would likely not have survived. But we knew it was not luck, but God.

A month later, when we visited the obstetrician who delivered our baby, we learned that he is also a Christian. He was not supposed to be in the hospital at that hour. He had come in for another emergency case and felt prompted to stay.

After birth, our baby stayed in the hospital for seven days. During this time, we were deeply strengthened by our church family from the Outreach Ministry, who prayed relentlessly for our son. The leaders also partook of the holy Communion on his behalf. His lungs improved so quickly that, two weeks after his discharge, he no longer needed oxygen at all. We were worried that his brain or organs had been damaged due to the lack of oxygen. But praise God, his brain scans showed that all was well.

Today, our boy is a healthy. His weight is trending above his growth curve, and he is meeting all his developmental milestones. The paediatrician has declared that he is past the initial birth trauma.

All praise to Jesus! We believe Jesus brought our baby back to life. We are also so thankful for our church family, who stood with us and supported us during this difficult time. We truly believe their prayers played a part in our son’s miraculous recovery. Jesus is indeed real and alive!
