No More Growth On Chest

My husband and I are grace covenant believers and have been married for more than fifty years. We believe in the power of the holy Communion and have seen miracles happen through partaking the Lord’s Supper daily, but over the years we had stopped doing it regularly. Recently, I told my husband we needed to start receiving Communion again.

I have had a mole on the left side of my chest for the past forty years. It started out about the size of a pea but over the years, it enlarged to about two inches in diameter. It bothered my doctor more than it bothered me. I insisted it was fine, so long as the color didn’t change. Lately, the growth began to change. It started thickening, crusting, and even bleeding. It was painful and irritating, and I was concerned.

One day, my husband and I were watching Pastor Prince’s broadcast on television. He called out someone who had a growth on the left side of the chest and said, “God wants you to know He is healing that now.” He then cursed the growth to its roots and commanded it to die. I knew that was for me! I told my husband, “I feel God healing me now. I feel it happening!” We both praised God for His healing.

After that day, the large, ominous mole started to die slowly. It began flaking little by little every day, to the point where there are only a few tiny specs of it left. There is now new skin under where the mole was!

My husband and I have been partaking of the Communion daily. We so enjoyed reading Pastor Prince’s books Destined to Reign and Eat Your Way to Life and Health, listening to his broadcasts daily, and attending Grace Revolution Church’s online services. Thank you, Pastor Prince, for teaching the grace message!

Some time ago, my two-and-a-half-year-old daughter came down with a high fever and was hospitalised for what the doctors believed were flu viruses. However, after two nights, she became unresponsive and started gasping for air. She was later discovered to have a severe streptococcal infection. Her heart, lungs and kidneys were shutting down, and she was placed on life support.

At one point, the doctors could only tell me, “Your daughter is very ill,” while showing me X-rays of her lungs, which appeared completely white. They even arranged for a social worker to prepare us for the worst.

The doctors explained that if she did not improve, she would need to undergo a procedure to be placed on an extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) machine—a heart and lung bypass. They warned us of the risks involved, including possible brain bleeding, but said it was the only way to buy her more time.

I was devastated. When her condition worsened and I had to sign the consent form for the ECMO procedure, I remembered two of my Christian friends and asked them to pray with me. During the operation, my friends and I sat in the waiting room praying and worshipping God.

After the procedure, my daughter remained in the ICU. During that time, the church’s healing team visited regularly to pray and partake of the holy Communion with her. At a healing service, Pastor Henry also prayed for my daughter and declared that she was on her way to recovery. Pastor Mei from the Rock Kidz Ministry encouraged me to declare the finished work of Jesus over her as well. I spoke scriptures over my daughter and sang worship songs to her, and each time I did, she would respond by moving.

Days later, my daughter was successfully taken off the ECMO machine. Her kidneys began to recover, and dialysis was no longer needed. However, a later scan revealed bleeding on the brain, and we rallied the prayer warriors again. At the next scan, the bleeding was gone!

My daughter eventually underwent lung surgery to remove the remaining infection. After that, her fever broke, and she was transferred out of the ICU. One doctor told me, “She is a miracle. Whatever prayers you and your friends were praying, I think it worked.”

My daughter was discharged about six weeks after she was admitted. Through it all, the Lord was with us. He healed my daughter completely. All glory to God!

Last year, my husband and I were expecting our firstborn. On the day my water bag broke, we had just seen our obstetrician that morning and all was well, so we packed our bags and called a taxi.

As we got into the taxi, I experienced a massive gush of fluid and began bleeding bright red blood. We arrived at the hospital around 2am and, to our horror, the nurse attending to us could not detect any heartbeat.

An obstetrician who happened to be in the hospital came to assess me and immediately performed an emergency C-section. When I woke up from the surgery, I learned that I had suffered a placental abruption. My son had lost a significant amount of blood and had been deprived of oxygen for a period of time.

When he was delivered, he showed no signs of life. But the paediatrician resuscitated him and, by God’s grace, my son came back to life. All the doctors and nurses later told us we were very “lucky”. If we had arrived even a minute later, he would likely not have survived. But we knew it was not luck, but God.

A month later, when we visited the obstetrician who delivered our baby, we learned that he is also a Christian. He was not supposed to be in the hospital at that hour. He had come in for another emergency case and felt prompted to stay.

After birth, our baby stayed in the hospital for seven days. During this time, we were deeply strengthened by our church family from the Outreach Ministry, who prayed relentlessly for our son. The leaders also partook of the holy Communion on his behalf. His lungs improved so quickly that, two weeks after his discharge, he no longer needed oxygen at all. We were worried that his brain or organs had been damaged due to the lack of oxygen. But praise God, his brain scans showed that all was well.

Today, our boy is a healthy. His weight is trending above his growth curve, and he is meeting all his developmental milestones. The paediatrician has declared that he is past the initial birth trauma.

All praise to Jesus! We believe Jesus brought our baby back to life. We are also so thankful for our church family, who stood with us and supported us during this difficult time. We truly believe their prayers played a part in our son’s miraculous recovery. Jesus is indeed real and alive!
